CHANGES

According to our company policies, all the garments to be changed/returned must be clean, with the hygiene stickers, unwashed, without stains and with the original labelling. Additionally the bill and the original box of the purchase must be included in the package. BRUERÄ will cover the shipping costs to deliver new parts through a priority courier service.

The costs to send garments you want to change back to our warehouse will be done at the customers expenses.

Changes can be made even using discounts of 15%.

We want to help as much as possible! We advise you to always ask for the shipping tracking number in order to know the shipping situation at all times. We are not responsible for shipments using other couriers.

BRUERÄ does not accept changes or returns on International shipments in which the client has not accepted the payment of customs duties in his country of residence. 

In the event that BRUERÄ receives items after 20 days, the customer will be offered a credit in the store for the same amount to be able to use without limit or expiration date in the purchase of another product. 

You are allowed up to 2 size or model changes per order. The second change will be final. 

Your shipment will arrive in Spain in a maximum of 2 business days, Europe in 3-4 business days, USA 5-6 business days. * We offer the option of express delivery, for more information hello@brueras.com



RETURNS

In accordance with our company policy, all items to be returned must be clean, with the hygiene stickers, unwashed, without stains, with the original labels and their packaging. Additionally, the package must include the bill and the original box of the purchase, and all the accessories that may be included within it. Returns can be made (even using discounts of 15%). NO returns on special promotions: * No returns on orders with special discounts of more than 20% * 

In case of return; The client will be in charge of sending the package to our warehouse address, we will provide a label via email with the pick up of one of the couriers or at a closer point to drop off the garment. 

The refund of the amount will be issued within 5 to 10 business days after receiving the original items. For the holiday period, it may take a little longer, with a maximum of 15 business days. 

Your shipment will arrive if it is in Spain a maximum of 2 business days, the rest of Europe 3-4 business days, the US 5-6 business days. * We offer the option of express delivery, for more information hello@brueras.com


EXCHANGE & RETURN CONDITIONS

BRUERÄ does not accept returns or exchanges of international orders that have not been accepted by customers because they have refused to pay taxes in their country of residence. 

If a customer requests a refund or exchange and the package is held at customs on their way to our offices, BRUERÄ is not responsible for any customs costs. These will be paid by the client. 

Please send us an email to hello@brueras.com indicating if you want to make a change and / or return and we will send you a form that you must send along with the garments you want to change or return.
