How to create my account?

I can not access my account;

Make sure that the data entered respect the required conditions, or that you do not already have an account in Brueräs with the email address you are using. If you still cannot create your account, contact our Customer Service hello@brueras.com 

How do you modify my order?

It is only possible to modify an order if the order has not yet been prepared or shipped by our warehouse. To do this, you must contact our Customer Service hello@brueras.com. To request any modification of your orders, please indicate your order number when contacting us.

How to cancel my order?

To cancel your order, you must contact hello@brueras.com indicating your order number. However, it is only possible to cancel an order if the order has not yet been dispatched by our warehouses. In some cases (product not available, payment error, wrong address ...) it is possible that our system partially or totally cancels your order. In this case, the canceled articles will be reimbursed 

How to apply a promotional code to the basket?

If you have a promotional code, all you have to do is indicate it in the space of your basket dedicated to this effect. Once your basket is validated, the promotional code will automatically be applied to your order.

What should I do if my product has a defect?

Contact us by chat or via WhatsApp indicating exactly the defect(s) observed (and preferably attaching photographs), and we will respond as soon as possible. 

Do you have maintenance tips for swimsuits?

What is the return policy? 

You will have a period of fifteen (15) business days from the date of receipt of your order to return the item (s) and obtain a full or partial refund of your order.

What are the return conditions? 

All returns must first go through a return request.Select the order in question and the product (s) you wish to return. You will receive a confirmation email with your completed return note and your return number.Before that take a look at our exchanges and returns.You will receive an email confirming that your return has been processed. A deposit will be made in the account with which you have paid the order within a maximum period of ten (5-10) business days from the receipt in the warehouse of the returned package.Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with the bill, original box, labeled and complete (accompanied by all possible accessories). Returned items will not be accepted if they are incomplete, damaged, worn, stained or washed. Likewise, in the case of the bottoms of the swimsuit, the articles must have their protective band.Please note that, for hygiene reasons, swimsuits should be tried on over their underwear without removing the protective band.

What are the refund terms?

The returned item will be reimbursed within a maximum period of ten (5-10) business days from receipt, in the bank account with which the order has been paid. An email will be sent to you to confirm receipt of your package. and its total or partial refund.Important: It will be your responsibility to keep the evidence of the return.

Are the cost of returning orders free?

In the event that there has been an error on our part in the order, we will bear the costs of return. If, on the contrary, we are not responsible for the return, the return costs (including those of the exchange request) will be borne by you.
